Full silicone lipstick style automatic screwing down mechanism precisely assembles lipstick bullet into base container with consistent torque control.
One integrated machine handles melting, pre-stirring, mold filling, remelting, cooling, demolding, QC inspection, and screwing down in a continuous automated flow.
Demolding grippers are replaceable to accommodate different lipstick package designs, enabling quick product changeover between normal, slim, and mini formats.
