     The machine is specially designed for fluid liquid CC cream filling. It is specially
 
designed for filling air cushion BB/CC cream products, easy to operate and clean.
   
      The main part of the machine is made of stainless steel, which is easy to clean
 
and corrosion resistant. The main electrical uses Siemens, Schneider, Omron ; the
 
gas path uses Airtac. The mechanism is compact structure, small occupation, high
 
efficiency, stable and reliable.
 
    Optional mechanism: automatic bottle feeding system, automatic capping system.
 
Container discharging are controlled by cylinder mechanical, and the detection
 
sensor is OMRON optical fiber sensor. Optional configuration: Auto container
 
collating, Auto container feeding, Auto swab refill feeding, Auto cap feeding
 

Feature for Air Cushion Filling Machine

 
       After unpacking the equipment, place in a solid, flat floor. Use a spirit level to
 
correct the height of each foot so that the machine is in level condition. Then turn
 
on the power and compressed air.

Piston Filling Type for CC Cream Filling Machine

 
    Servo piston filling, the quantification is more accurate; the filling head servo lifts
 
to ensure more uniform filling. (Photoelectric sensor working principle: the servo
 
moves from the origin to the specified distance by setting the filling amount stroke,
 
the rotary valve is opened, the lower magnetic sensor signal is on, the servo piston
 
cylinder starts to push the material to fill; after the filling is completed, the rotary
 
valve is closed, and the magnetic switch signal is on. And the servo piston cylinder
